Anti-imperial Trauma Therapy

About my clients

I work with discerning adults who are committed to meaningful, lasting change and who recognize that man present-day struggles are rooted in earlier relational experiences.
My clients are often successful, insightful, and highly functioning in many areas of life, yet continue to experience patterns that feel difficult to resolve through willpower, insight, or traditional talk therapy alone.

Many seek therapy because they find themselves repeatedly navigating challenges such as:
-
Difficulty feeling secure or fully connected in relationships
-
Persistent anxiety, self-doubt, or perfectionism
-
People-pleasing, over-responsibility, or fear of disappointing others
-
Emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, or a sense of disconnection from themselves
-
The lingering effects of childhood attachment wounds, emotional neglect, or developmental trauma
-
OCD, intrusive thoughts, and debilitating cycles of doubt and rumination

My clients are not simply looking for symptom relief. They are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, greater emotional freedom, and the ability to engage in relationships and life from a place of authenticity, confidence, and security.

A Specialized, Integrative Approach
My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic therapies, and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD. This integrative approach allows us to address not only thoughts and behaviors, but also the underlying attachment patterns, nervous system responses, and unresolved experiences that continue to shape the present.

Together, we work to:

-
Heal the impact of attachment injuries and developmental trauma
-
Build a more secure and compassionate relationship with yourself
-
Process and integrate painful life experiences
-
Reduce anxiety, shame, and self-criticism
-
Strengthen emotional resilience and self-leadership
-
Restore trust in yourself, your perceptions, and your relationships

Who Benefits Most From This Work
The individuals who tend to benefit most are those who are curious, motivated, and ready to engage in a depth-oriented therapeutic process. They may have spent years understanding their challenges intellectually, yet are seeking an approach that facilitates change at emotional, relational, and embodied levels.

Whether your goal is healing from childhood attachment wounds, resolving the effects of trauma, or finding freedom from OCD and chronic doubt, therapy can provide a space for profound transformation and lasting growth.
